When it comes to weight loss and pregnancy ... pregnant women must follow pregnancy diet, which should take to get healthy child. By following proper measures regarding the consumption of food during pregnancy.
Breakfast:
* 1 slice whole wheat toast with fruit spread
* ½ cup oat meal with maple syrup
* ½ cup calcium and vitamin D fortified orange juice
* 1 cup soy milk
Snack:
* 1 banana
* ½ cup whole wheat bagel with margarine
Lunch:
* Veggie burger on whole wheat bun with mustard and catsup
* 1 cup steamed collard greens
* 1 cup soy milk
* 1 medium sized apple
Snack:
* ¾ cup ready to eat cereal with ½ cup blue berries
* 1 cup soy milk
Dinner:
* 1 cup brown rice
* ¾ cup tofu stir fried with 1 cup vegetables
* 1 medium sized orange
Late night snack:
* Whole grain crackers with 2 tablespoons peanut butter
* 4 ounces apple juice
