Since the death of my mother, me and my little brother lived with my granny. Since she was young she had had many health problems. She used to suffer from thyroid gland and problems. But she did not undergo her surgery coz she had to look after us. The thyroid gland has enlarged during all these years and now it has become a thyroid goiter. She does not want to go the hospital nor visit a doctor. I did not want to see her sufferl like this, I went on the net to search for medication on thyroid goiter and came across a medication called synthroid (cytomel t4).

| Levothyroxine is a naturally occurring hormone produced by the thyroid glands. Unfortunately in some cases the thyroid glands cannot produce enough Levothyroxine needed by the body. That is when use of the Levothyroxine drug is prescribed. The Levothyroxine drug is commonly called Synthroid. Aside from the treatment of hormone deficiency, Synthroid can also be used to treat the enlargement of the thyroid glands also known as goiter. Synthroid has also been used to treat thyroid cancer. |
