Everybody talks about proteins (i know proteins can be taken from meat; not example all meat is very healty- see pork meat).
Proteins can be taken from veggies, fruits also, i can see that thse proteins are good/healthy |

hello everyone,
I think you need to start with a good multi vitamin to fill in the gaps----not Centrum; get one at your health food store instead.
Then beans and rice together make a complete protein source, lean red meats in moderation, chicken and fish have some nutrients we need. But chicken and fish are not complete in the amino acids/protein group.
So then you need to look at supplementing with a protein drink like whey or hemp; to make sure you are getting the full range of amino acids. Dark leafy greens, not lettuce; and some of the yam and squash family have great vitamins/minerals too.
