Does anybody like merengue? Does anybody remember Kubaney? A friend at Universal told me that Emúsica is going to re-issue and re-master the Kubaney collection. Kubaney is a record label that has many traditional Latin artists like Jose Manuel Calderon, Anibal de Pena y Los Diplomaticos and Johnny Ventura. Does anybody like this kind of music? Do you think what Emúsica is doing is going to be worth it?

Sound like it could possibly be an interesting topic thread, perhaps you could expand or even find some example music link for people to listen to?
