Personally speaking I would avoid drugs, I'd go the natural way, simply eat less and excersise.
I can suggest both, if you need. |

Well Guys,
i found the required response by visiting a site where i got a lot of information on weight loss. but there are a lot of option they have to choose means they have option to choose through the natural way (by controling food , more excercise) or through diet pills.
i found that it depends upon an indivisual perception. |

| I don't believe in diet pills and miracle solutions to lose weight. There's no magic cure for a lifetime of bad eating habits or unhealthy lifestyle. I've tried some of them myself. The Cabbage Soup diet, the Slim fast Diet that cost me a fortune and the Atkin's Diet and I didn't even want to try phentermine cause I don't want to lose weight at the cost of becoming a junky to what I call drugs. But I'd like to have your opinion about something. I've been dieting for a long diet and still I lost some weight with some of the diet plans but not as much as I wanted. Seeing myself unchanged after 4 years of dieting is taking away all of my motivation. I've been considering liposuction for a while now. Do you think that now I already have taken healthy eating habits, I could take off my extra fat with liposuction and take a new start? I've read about the risks of liposuction and done a lot of research about the subject. And I learned a lot of people have had lipos and been able to live normally after that. I've found a surgery clinic that I can afford and has good ratings too. It's called JD Surgery Clinic. Has anyone heard about it? Could you please give me your opinion about this? |
