Yup. You can just use "Layers" in Photoshop or GIMP (which I'm both good at) or you can paste it with "Transparency option" and try to "Opacitate" the Image. |

Yup, Fireworks works similarly. I like fireworks in editing Animated GIF. It's the easiest compared to other softwares. I also like the Ulead GIF animator, which has many features and so many free plugins available in their site. The FX plugins are great! |
