I saw a commercial on tv a few weeks ago about interest only mortgages, and it occured to me that these are going to really hurt the American Home owners. I know that if I was only supposed to make a smaller interest payment, not principle, I probably would. I looked into the matter a little more and came across this site http://www.freemortgagecalculator.net

Check it out, and understand how much you will be paying for something, before you get stuck. I work for a Debt Settlement company, we see alot of people trying to live day to day, and it catches up to you.
