Entering the search is free and easy. Potential new and existing business owners can fill out an application at www.ladieswholaunch.com, or send an entry to Ladies Who Launch, 244 Madison Avenue, Box #705, New York, NY 10016. The deadline for receipt of all applications is March 15th. Applications should be no longer than 800 words and should include an overview of the business or new venture concept, including a description of the product or service, the inspiration behind the idea, the potential market opportunity, the size of the market, target demographic and reasoning behind marketability, a strategy for success, and any additional information or examples that may help make a decision. Applicants should also include name, desired or existing company name, email address, mailing address, phone number, age, and a short bio. Finalists will be announced on or about April 15, 2004 and the winner and runners up will be announced on or about June 15, 2004.
