Those who are on the lookout for new ideas, insights and techniques to help

of online briefing materials, known as ‘Passports for business success’.
These passports, produced in a joint venture between the independent supplier
and developer of bespoke learning, Trainer1, and John Kind Learning, aim to
provide key ‘nuggets’ of information, drawn from topical best practice
in business management. Containing checklists and tips, each passport can be
delivered to users in hard copy format or online.
The passports are compiled by John Kind, a management consultant whose company
– John Kind Learning – counts among its clients BP, BAA, Castrol
and the Royal Albert Hall. Kind, who specialises in improving directors’
and executives’ business skills is also a well known lecturer and author
– his most recent book being ‘Financial Games for Training’,
which has just been published by Gower.

by CD-ROM or available on annual subscription – provide a large bank of
generic business and interpersonal skills material which can be delivered to
each employee’s desktop for ‘just-in-time’ and ‘just-enough’
