Based on reliable sources, the Indonesian Police has request the assistance of the Interpol to summon Mr. OTY and Mr. MCT of Yeos (Malaysia) Berhard in connection to their criminal actions in Indonesia.
Based on reliable sources, the Indonesian Police has request the assistance of the Interpol to summon Mr. OTY and Mr. MCT of Yeos (Malaysia) Berhard in connection to their criminal actions in Indonesia. The Indonesian Police has taken this action as a result of their investigation concerning Unfair Business Practices in Indonesia made by Yeos (Malaysia) Berhard.
Recently, PT Kaharisma submitted a legal claim of Rp.219,915,491,733 (equivalent to US$23 million) to Yeos (Malaysia) Berhard through the Indonesian Court, for the compensation of cancellation of Indonesia Distributorship Agreement by Yeos (Malaysia) Berhard.
The above legal action will jeopardize Yeos' position as a global corporation and has a potential to lose the lucrative Indonesian market.
