In a pioneering endeavor, internet marketing company iMarketing Advantage (iMA) has collaborated with IIT Delhi and taken up the business school Big Bang to the virtual world. With registrations opened today, ‘iMA Big Bang Online’ Started today, a parallel online Big Bang game at imabbo.com spread like a virus on all social networking websites-including Orkut, Facebook etc- and egroups.

iMA Big Bang event is a flagship event of the IIT Delhi fest, Parivartan; spanning over 3 days of the event, this business challenge is always a hit with the students attending the festival. However, this time its designed to be even a bigger hit with the student community at large, with not just the ones attending the fest but also the ones who are not.
Additionally iMA plans to take this challenge straight to the classes of B-schools, by tying up with marketing faculties of different B-schools and running business simulation games in the campuses so as to make business education even more realistic. They willingly assume responsibility for the success or failure of a venture and are answerable for all its facets.” opined Nitin Dhawan, Managing Partner at iMA. “Through a multi pronged, multi phased drive we will recognize the future business tycoons of India”, adds Nitin.
Further, what really sets this event apart from the regular B- school festival events is the fact that iMA is working with a number of B school students to drive this whole initiative. A number of IITians are working with the iMA team at different stage of the event, involved in conceptualizing the games, running blogs, making videos etc. Tarak one of the students involved with this initiative added, “There is learning, excitement, entertainment and exposure. All in one package”
The winning team will be crowned The Indian Business Tycoon Team, and along with the coveted title, prizes worth Rs. 50,000 are on offer too.
