Shipseys cater for Salisbury Chamber of Commerce Awards dinner

The Annual Chamber Dinner was held at the City Hall in Salisbury for 230 people. Shipseys Catering division were very pleased to be selected by the Chamber of Commerce to cater at this event. As well as being responsible for the catering Shipseys Catering supplied all waiting staff for the event.
To ensure the smooth running of the event the staff arrived at the venue two hours before the start of the function and laid all tables with crisp white linen and sliver cutlery. To ensure the highest service standards Shipseys always allocate a dedicated waitress per table of 10.
Shipseys Marquee Hire division were also involved in the event, erecting a temporary kitchen to extend the kitchen and serving area required due to the large number of guests.
The Menu was incredibly well received and included a Selection of Canapés on arrival; Supreme of Chicken in a White Wine Sauce flavoured with garlic, shallots and Dijon mustard; or Salmon Belmont. Served with hot minted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The savoury courses were followed by fresh fruit pavlova and cheese board.
