Susan Johnson and her company, Susan’s Healthy Gourmet, will be featured on CBS-TV’s "48 Hours" in a segment scheduled to air on Friday, Feb. 27. The show will focus on the positive impact that the Irvine, Calif.-based company’s healthy, calorie-controlled, gourmet meals have had on actor Wayne Knight’s waistline.
Knight, most notably known to fans as Newman on the "Seinfeld" show, lost 117 pounds over the past year. In previous interviews, including an article appearing in the December 5, 2003 issue of People Magazine, Knight cited Susan’s Healthy Gourmet food, along with an exercise program and support group, as the keys to his success.
"Helping people like Wayne to lose weight at a healthy rate, and keep it off, is our goal," said Susan Johnson.
