Data center and managed hosting provider Peak 10 (peak10.com) has added eMASON, a provider of business process management solutions, to its roster of clients, the company announced on Tuesday. Under the agreement, Peak 10 will provide eMASON with colocation and a full suite of managed services, including security, monitoring and storage out of its facility based in Tampa, Florida. Peak 10 is also helping eMASON provide its customer with a disaster recovery solution. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We design our products to drive business process improvements and growth for our customers," says Jane Mason, president of eMASON. "Peak 10 is doing the same for eMASON by enabling us to focus on new product development and customer needs instead of managing our internal technology infrastructure."
Peak 10 said its services will help its new client protect its important data and mission critical business applications from network emergencies and unpredictable disasters.
"We're delighted to have eMASON as part of the Peak 10 family and look forward to playing an active role in their growth," says David Jones, president and chief executive officer of Peak 10. "eMASON is an excellent example of how outsourcing IT infrastructure management can become a driver for long-term success by freeing critical internal resources to focus on growing the business."
Peak 10 operates four data center facilities in Raleigh, Charlotte, Tampa and Jacksonville.
